Shame as the staff are friendly but lack of training leaves the customer very disappointed after a long wait to realise the desk cant help you as they don't appear to be adequately trained on their processes.

Friendly staff.Before Covid you would have to wait a long time to see someone behind the counter so they could of done with more staff.
There is generally a queue but service tends to be better than St Alban's and Luton branches. Combine with a quick visit to Waitrose then no parking issues! :)
Unfortunately there is always a long queue and never enough staff. Any phone call made to Barclays end up in a long queue with far too many options to choose from none of which most of the times are needed. What happened to old fashion personal customer service?
