Wonderful showroom with lots of choice and very helpful staff. Was able to borrow swatches of fabric on payment of a returnable deposit. Member of staff visited house to measure for 6 pairs of curtains. Kept me well informed as to progress. Curtains beautifully made and are now hanging perfectly. An excellent experience altogether!

A surly staff member (who later claimed to be the owner) became angry when we were unable to accommodate his appointment times for Thurs/Fridays for a site survey due to these being our return-to-work days after months on furlough. He complained that prioritising ‘work’ over ‘interior décor’ was unreasonably inflexible. We disagreed and took our custom permanently elsewhere, ie St Albans market In response to owner: Lockdown was over; as loyal customers we were happy to wait until staffing was up to normal but we weren’t prepared to be rudely lambasted for wanting, and needing to work, ie now lockdown’s over! Were forced to shop around and we’re glad of that, too, so all’s well :) Thank you
