Established in 1978 by Bill Clarke and John Whalen, Clarke and Whalen Architects have a passion for outstanding residential and commercial architecture. We are one of Harpenden's longest standing architectural practices offering design services across multiple sectors. Our work comprises a wide variety of projects ranging from housing and commercial developments to bespoke new build homes and high-end residential extensions. Whether the project involves constructing, adapting or expanding a building, we guide the client through the design, planning and construction process – from the initial exploration phase, right through to project completion.
