AVOID AVOID AVOID Dealing with Classic Sovereign is horrendous. While they are very polite when making a sale, when a problem is reported you get shouted at and accused of lying. No action is taken to fix things and the team literally talk over you.
I rented a property from Classic Sovereign and always found them very polite and helpful and prompt when repairs needed doing ,I recently had to ask for their help and they did not hesitate many thanks to the team,
The girls in the office always help where they can, and witnessing first hand how the general public sometimes behave, I can appreciate how difficult their jobs can sometimes be. I've experienced nothing but a polite and friendly service.
