DO NOT USE Harpenden Vans or fleet sales. Complete nightmare. Sold my van in Part ex. They did not change the ownership or register it into the trade. This resulted in two speeding tickets. The second I cant get rid off and as I didn't confirm I sold the vehicle to DVLA I am responsible. They lied on the phone about what they used the van for. Hiring it out while in my ownership. They didn't even respond to a written complaint I emailed them . Go direct to Bristol Street Motors and save all the hassle I have received.

Left me hanging while a Renault Trafic van supposedly went to have warrantied work done. Then they kept promising to call but never did! Then after promising me first refusal they sold it within hours of promising to call me back with an update! What a waste of time. I really hate messers and liars. But at least it goes to show what they're like so maybe it was for the best and I will avoid any purchase from them in future... Just as you should!
