My HIH experience began with the most wonderful and accommodating customer service from Henry, his responses were quick and so kind, informative but not at all pushy. They packed and shipped my Pamper Gift Box out within just a few hours of my first enquiry. When received it was all beautifully packaged (no plastic .. !), everything nestled amongst shredded paper. The products themselves - pomelo and champagne lotion, tea tree bath bomb, bath salts, and raspberry and peppercorn candle - feel divine and smell so juicy! If I didn’t know better I’d be tempted to taste test. Truly luxurious, sustainable, perfect for gifting, definitely on my Christmas list!
