From start to finish Chris was helpful and also communicated well throughout the whole process. To the choice of samples he provides, to the fitting appointments I cannot fault him/them. Would definitely go to again if we were to move again or reccomend to anyone considering a reliable flooring company at a great competitive price.

Herts Carpets were brilliant from start to finish. We visited Chris in the shop and he helped us pick carpets for the stairs and bedrooms, Jason then came round to measure up and was so friendly and helpful and Josh came to fit. Everything was done quickly, professionally and extremely reasonably well priced.. A great family business that we would fully recommend to anyone.

We were so pleased with our experience with Herts Carpets. We were due to get our carpets fitted two weeks after lockdown started , but they have just gone down now because our build was delayed and also the carpet factory shut. I think how companies behave when times are difficult often gives you a really true reflection of their customer service, it’s easy to give good customer service when everything is a breeze!Chris was great throughout, keeping us updated on the situation and getting the carpets fitted as soon as he could get them and we were ready for them. The fitter steve was fantastic, such a lovely guy who worked so hard and nothing was any trouble. Crucially we are also thrilled with the carpet, stain resistant with a ten year guarantee, essential with 3 nearly 4 messy little children!!
