Very unhappy about the customer service. I ordered a gift for a special birthday well before Christmas, ensuring their stated delivery was well within time limit I needed (it actually dictated the gift I selected to buy). The day after their stated deadline for delivery and the night before the birthday gift was needed, I received an email apology to say it would be late. I emailed stating that this was a problem and why and what could they do about it. No reply. No reply to either of my subsequent emails either. I now have a gift that I now need to pay to have delivered to my friend and no response from this company. Very unhappy and out of pocket!

So I ordered a personalised gift for my parents golden Wedding anniversary. Paid extra for speedy delivery. Date of delivery been and gone . So I’ve been calling all day but they are unable to take my call. So I emailed them this after 10am it’s now 6pm - no response. Wished I read the reviews on delivery before placing a 55 order ! Gutted

Probably one of the worst companies I've dealt with in a while. Shocking rude, customer service. Be very careful when ordering items, their website has issues and they never pick up their emails. Their returns process is flawed and they have no responsibility or care. A company who sells you a product and that's it, no care to keep your business or leave you happy. Still waiting for my refund after almost a month of the item being returned. I had to get in touch several times just to get an update. At no point did I receive an apology or explanation. Refused to pay me back the full amount even though it was their fault. Never again!!

My dad loved the Celtic football book I bought him. He loved going through and re-reading all the match reports and remembering which games he had been at! Very quick delivery too, highly recommend.

Very unhappy. I ordered a present for my mum two days before mothers day hoping it would get here in time. We even chose next day delivary for 6.99 it is now four days from when i ordered it and no sign of any package. Im very very unhappy about this and can't belive that my father had to pay extra for next day delivary and it hasnt come yet. I understand that you might not have all the staff you need - but why not send us a email explaining that our package will be late?

The “gift” book that focused on murders! I received my order of the 70th Birthday Newspaper Book, for a very special friend, although when I received it I was disgusted and very disappointed by the content, as I did not expect that every page for each year would focus on negative subject matter as murders. This is not the sort of thing that you would give a valued friend as a birthday present. I would never recommend this to anyone and I suggest that the company stops selling this product with this disturbing content immediately.

First and last time, would not recommend! Got an email to say it was sent on Mon 2nd Dec and still waiting with no tracking details and being ignored by the Customer Service team. This was for a birthday present and now the birthday has gone!
