As you can see from the photo, my bathroom looks fabulous. Thank you Dena and your team for designing such a lovely and functional bathroom. I loved all your suggestions - you have such good taste ! The plumber, Sean and his team, were professional, polite, very easy to work with and arrived on each day when they said they would. I definitely would recommend Ripples! So professional and such great quality!

We worked with Dena at the store and her recommended installer. Starting off .... Dena helped us choose not only the right equipment but the look and feel of the room. We were plagued by previous bad design issues which resulted in some annoying leaks. Dena helped make sure we chose the right kit for the space. She is knowledgeable and professional. Ordering and getting going..... We went with the fitter recommended by the store (Sean) who was excellent. The goods arrived promptly and work began. Doing a bathroom (even a little ensuite) does result in the whole house being impacted (experienced this before) but Sean and team made sure everything was spic and span at the end. No noted problems with equipment. Finished product Firstly - it works, We still have a little commissioning to do on the project, but no major snags found and overall a really good job done. House returned to normal and ensuite looking good. Thank you.

Discovered after ordering that the identical branded items we had bought could have been bought online for about 2/3 of the price. Couldn't cancel as had paid deposit and would have incurred a "25% restocking charge"
