Happy atmosphere. Cute store with lots of good snacks. Friendly staff. Saved location so we could stop next time coming through

Does not require its employees or customers to wear face masks. It was very crowded when my family stopped there for gas on Saturday, November 21. Lines for the restroom, gas pumps and to pay at the counter. I did not observe any social distancing and over half of the people inside did not have on masks. Does the statewide mask mandate not apply to this establishment? Gillespie county is shown on current Covid maps at the orange level indicating 10-24 active Covid cases per 100,000 people. Not safe in my opinion to go inside Duanas.
