The store itself is alright except that it's sometimes poorly stocked. Also the employees dont care about the customers. I was standing in line to checkout (along with 10 other people) and the cashier left to mess with their car and left everyone waiting in line until the cashier got back.
Not neat and clean no more.. Parking lot is a mess. Bread use to be fresh. Have other workers their that wont go up to help check when line literally has 10 people plus waiting a good 15 minutes or more
Only reason it got 2 stars is there is always a line. One checker and three or four worker's hanging around that could come and help check out. They need to fix that.
We were on the way to Austin and my kids were in need of immediate restroom. We saw Family Dollar and entered. The staff did not help us at all and they did not unlock the restroom telling that both of their restrooms are out of order, which is a lie , looking into my eyes. It was 9.50 pm and they still had 10 minutes to leave and that time was enough for my kids to use the restroom.
