Found this trail as I was hiking on the AT back to my car. The Potomac Heritage Trail branches off the AT going to the left downhill. Alternate route down to the road. Steep, with loose gravel. Wear sturdy footwear...and hiking poles helpful!

20 to hike on the AT, are you kidding me. Just park on any free trail head literally anywhere else. Trying to charge for people to see nature is absurd.

Very very steep and the steps are tiny and made of slabs of stone at best and tree roots at worst
