Overall reconstruction is needed but it would cost tens of millions CZK. Apartments are big, clean, fine restaurant...recommend
The rooms were claustrophobically small, especially if you would get a double room in the attic of the building. The room was a mere 6 m2 with just a bed inside and a roof-window which was placed quite high such that we could not have any view at all; just the four yellow-painted walls coming at us. Moreover, there was not even one single room in the hotel that had curtains. Furthermore, also the dining facilities had a large under capacity. Every evening people were literally fighting to have a table to sit and eat. If you would come somewhat later most of the nice food was already eaten and it was not refilled. The lack of space and facilities show that the hotel has a very poor management style. The location of the hotel (quiet and green area which was close to several walking trails, the forest and the skiing slopes) was very nice and most of the personnel was definitely very hard working and very kind; they really tried their best. This hotel should really improve their management (and place at least curtains in their hotel rooms).

Rooms were okay but some things missing like curtains and shower curtain but the worst thing was that there was a huge undercapacity in the restaurant (in February) which caused a huge line 15 minutes before it opened. Otherwise you didn't have a place to sit. You can't have rooms for 140 people with a restaurant with a max capacity for 80 people.
