The entire staff at Clayton's of Harriman is awesome!! We had many ups and downs trying to buy a home for about three years. We decided to go to Clayton’s and we were very pleased! The guys worked very hard for us to get in our home. We highly recommend them!!

We have just moved in to our beautiful 4 bedroom 2 bath home!!! Absolutely in love. East Tennessee Modular Homes has the best sales people! Ben Harrison, our salesman, has made our dreams come true with the experience we have went thru. If you are looking for a forever home, definitely come here!! We can never thank Ben enough!!!
Was pleasantly surprised with the experience I had here today. My wife and I was in the area and decided to stop in and look at a certain home that happened to catch our eye on the way through earlier. When we went in, all the sales people were busy with other customers, which I thought was a good sign, so we just decided to wait for whoever came available to show us around. After about 5 minutes or so, a man noticed us from his office and asked if anyone had helped us. I told him no that we were just waiting and not in a rush. He apologized he hadn't noticed us earlier and invited us into his office. He introduced himself as Tim and he was the General Manager there. He took his time with us and answered several questions we had about moving back to the area and how we needed to proceed. He spent about 40 minutes with us until someone was available to show us around. I really can't remember the sales person's name, but he was very informative and didn't rush or pressure us at all. Even when we told him that we were at least a year away, he said \well I plan on being here in a year so that'll work out great\. I was just very impressed that the manager and the sales person took their time with us and didn't rush us out the door once they knew they weren't going to make a sale that day. I've been to other places where you feel pressured right from the introduction and I never felt that here at all. Whenever that time comes for my wife and I, we will definitely be back to see these guys.
Loving our new home. Had some hiccups and took longer than we would have liked. But in the end we are happy with our home. Tim was great. The service guys, Barry and Ryan are wonderful. Very helpful.
We highly recommend going to Clayton Homes of Harriman. We are loving our home and our salesman, Ben Harrison, is the best! He walked us through the whole process and made it as painless as possible!
