They are very rude people! I’ve been going for 4years an it’s got aweful. The wait is hours, my appt was at 12 an got seen 2 hours later. 9 people came in after me an they was seen before me an left.. they say it’s this an that an DA!! Bout still don’t go by the books. So find another place to go

Very nice people just need to use time more efficient but overall very friendly place and people.
Be prepared to wait for hours but don't be a minute late or you will lose your appointment. The people are nice enough but don't get attached to anyone. There's never the same person twice. Good luck...
Everyone has been amazing,I couldn’t ask for a better experience.The counselors have been especially helpful.So professional and such great listeners.God bless
I love this doctors office!! They always treat me wonderful, which sadly even in their business is a hard thing to come by!! They are sometimes overwhelmed but they handle it and get things done!! And the appointment text are extremely useful!!
I do not like that that I have to drive an hour and 20 minutes (one way) to meet with a doctor over the phone that is set up in an office room. This doctor was in Florida. He told me I had to come in weekly now, to get each week's prescription. Now I have to make a 2 -hour & 40 minute round trip drive each week (to "see" a doctor over the phone that is 800 miles away, himself!) I already paid 375 for the whole month. But now I have to drive 70 miles, then wait to "see" the doctor and counselor, then wait around some more at the pharmacy, then drive 70more miles to get back home EACH week. Do you realize that one week from my appointment is Dec 25th, Christmas day??! Then one week from that is Jan 1, 2021, Aka New Year's Day?! Come on! I have been coming to this clinic for many years and the reason he gave for doing this has never before been an issue. They/I get a new doctor and now its a big issue.
I give 5 stars because of the wonderful staff there they do everything within their powers to help. However the new owners I would only give a one star because I feel they're not working hard enough on the insurance side of things.
The office in Harriman is wonderful They make you feel like you're As Good As anybody else And always there to help you with anything
