Terrible service. Had to make an extra 3 hour trip for what should've been done in a day. After 4 months I get another bill from those two days. Because apparently the amount they told me to pay was wrong.

Ridgeview is the worst behavioral health center I’ve ever been to. The Harriman and oak ridge offices are pretty much the same. You wait about an hour to see the psychiatrist for 5 minutes. I was constantly told my side effect symptoms were normal and there was nothing they could do to help me. The doctor told me I needed therapy for my antidepressant induced insomnia. He said it must be all in my head. I would not recommend them to anyone, ever.

Made an appointment a week ago and told nearly every person i spoke to what I was there for, adult ADHD, not once was I told that they didn't treat that so they then scheduled me for medication management which is normal. I get to the day of my appointment, mind you I have one day left of medication...only to be told... Oh we dont treat that with stimulants. I am now going to be without medication and won't be able to see another doctor for who knows how long. Had I known this THE FIRST TIME I SHOWED UP. I would have simply gone somewhere else to seek adequate treatment. Do to their lack of communication my mental and physical well being are going to suffer. Absolutely disgusting. I am completely appalled by this facility, I had gone through the proper steps only to be told I'm out of luck... Thanks for wasting my time, and causing me unnecessary suffering. Edit: the doctor I spoke with told me that adults are better at controlling their impulses. ADHD is much more complex than that, affecting the lives of the sufferer and anyone around us. Anyone in the field should know this.
