I love my neighborhood UPS store! They all so friendly and helpful. Store is always neat and clean. Masks are worn and surfaces sprayed!! Stephanie really goes above and beyond for me!! I love her attitude and willingness to help all customers, especially with disabilities. Hooray for a successful business!!

Sent a package with all the correct shipping information and ups returned the package to the store stating the customer had moved. Problem was the customer hadn’t moved and was still waiting for package. I returned to the store to re send the package and re verified all the shipping information was correct and they told me I would have to re pay to ship the package when this was a mistake on ups not myself. Employees didn’t even attempt to resolve the issue even after agreeing this was a mistake on ups not myself.

great store, customer service is beyond excellent. Stephanie went above and beyond today to take care of my printing needs, suggested changes to help me save money, and was efficient in completing the order. By far, this is the best customer service I've received at any UPS store. Well done! This location is a gift to the Roane County area, and will definitely receive my business again!
