Robert arrived within an hour of my call and new blower was installed and other repairs made within a couple hours. Then he gave a very generous VETERAN discount, which I am very thankful for! Highly recommend!

Messaged the gentleman at 8pm within minutes he was messaging back and had us call him to get details. He came right out and checked everything out and couldn't fix it right away (we rent our home)and the next morning he came back, and tried another thing to figure out the issue and got us back up and running to have heat again! Will definately recommend him to anyone! And to make everything better, I have a 4 year old daughter and he was super sweet with her and patient with her running around trying to figure out what he was doing! For sure a great local company and fantastic and friendly family service!

Robert came out within a day for an estimate for a new HVAC system. He answered all our questions about size and SEER rating. He brought his crew back a few days later and had the new unit installed quickly and gave us lots of instructions on maintenance. He provided an extended warranty on labor which was nice.

This guy is great! Came out to look at my mini split system that was less than a year old. The guy that installed it did not want to come out and honor his warranty. He walked me through how to get the original installer out to fix his work after trying to fix they system. He was available to be at my house the same day that I called but I was not so we scheduled and he was right out there. After the visit I called/text 3 or 4 times and he was prompt and very helpful. This will be my go to once my warranty is up for service on my system in the future. Make this guy your FIRST CALL!

Excellent response time and highly skilled. Robert was at my property within hours of my initial call. I had a 30yr unit that had completely stopped working. He and his crew replaced the unit, installed new duct and thermostat, warranty their work for 2 years, and cleaned up all in 1 day and for a very fair price. I was highly impressed and would recommend.

Outstanding service! They came out and looked at the unit at our house. 2 other companies had said it was done and the only fix was a brand new unit. I called Trocsch because of a friend's recommendation. They came out and found a fix and the unit continues to work just fine almost a year later. On top of all of that we had purchased a maintenance contract with them that I forgot about. They called me to remind me that I had a service visit & cleaning that I had already paid for and asked if we wanted to go ahead and get that done since we were coming into AC season. Absolutely TOP NOTCH service and my go to for HVAC needs!

i had an ac unit giving me trouble that led to water coming down through the sheet rock ceiling on the hardwood floor. they were here in less than an hour to figure out the problem. had to replace the unit and they did so in a timely manner. excellent people and easy to work with. i also got on the maintenance program. highly recommend Trocsch hvac you will not be disappointed!
