You couldn't get a better doctors surgery, they have really helped me out over the years and continue to do so. Very well organised, knowledgeable and polite staff in all departments. Modern and friendly interior set in an old church buling in a lovely location. Top marks keep up the good work.

Worst Surgery ever!! Staff rude, will let you run out of medication frequently, which makes you very unwell. Receptionist rude, dismissive, GPs have GOD like complex. Don’t listen to consultants, think they know more. When they don’t!!! Deffo law suite, mis-managed care!!

Sep. 2020, the surgery has changed a lot since I wrote this review with the 1*. The practice manager has gone above and beyond in her duties, I've had phone calls to check up on me etc, the surgery has turned around in my view. I would still only recommend one of the GPs, but I have immense respect for the admin team. Ongoing issues with repeat prescriptions, dismissive generally in regards to mental health and well-being. Often told \is it really an emergency?\ When trying to book appointment. One example, telephoned surgery, told the symptoms are not an emergency, have an appointment in just over 3weeks. Telephoned 111, advised that it was an emergency and to make contact with health provider. Quality of care varies from GP to GP, along with the advice they give. No consistency. Leaving practice after 5 years as progressively the GP surgery has just declined. Complaints raised, left unresolved. Still awaiting a management response from a Safeguard alert raised. Would not recommend this service. Update: 8/9/19; Have seen regular GP and she's been supportive and compassionate. I'd recommend this GP, not the surgery or it's poor management.

Don’t think I’ve ever waited less than and hour in the waiting room for my appointment slot. Never experienced such uninterested and unbothered receptionists either. I know how it feels sometimes being on the front line (I work at a veterinary surgery) can be hard, but to be so rude at the simplest of questions blows my mind. Can’t wait to move surgery’s. Doctors google stuff right in front of you too

We are so blessed to have such great doctors with this practice I could not fault or recommend any improvement on the care I have received from the doctors I have needed to see recently a big thank you to both of them.
