Cheap coffee that is actually really good especially for the price. However, the staff are easily the most obnoxious group of individuals you will meet. They’re either extremely rude or so lazy and bored that they aren’t even doing their jobs. You’d be better off never eating a pretzel again. If only the people who used to work here still operated it and provided such friendly service as before.

1/31/20 350pm I approached the vendor counter and observed an employee removing miniature hotdogs from a container. I said, \hello and requested a specific item\. The employee eventually turned around and said curtly, \wait a minute\ and my perception I was interrupting her removal from the bin of hotdogs flow. She finally came to the front counter and I asked again for a specific item AND pointed into the case. She instructed that I speak louder. At that time informed her it seems I'm bothering you and I can go elsewhere, as I DID! If someone dislikes their way of making a living, do us a favor and LEAVE. Because they're a hundreds of vendors in/or around Strawberry Square who would love more business.
Employees are always nice, food and coffee has always been good and if it isn't ready they will make it for you on the spot. They never push for you to get something else. What you want is what you get.
No negatives to speak of. Great pretzels and friendly service.
