Worst customer service ever experienced. I had purchased some items, that I had to return (6 Bag-in-box wines), I mistakenly took because of bag sign placement. The return process took 45 minutes, and no information was provided as to why, the process was so painstakingly slow, but it was obviously because the staff wasn't qualified to do anything. Please train your personell, before letting them take care of any activities in the store. 1 star.

I really like to shop there, when we are in Germany. They usually have a nice assortment and lots of promotions
Their store does not run some of the sales that are shown on the website. Even the assortment of wares are out of date
