It charged me unreasonably high apt damage fee (more than 1000) when I moved out. They replaced the blind without asking any of my thoughts, which led to a high cost 730 because they used a customized one. The charge doesn’t make sense at all. Btw It’s good that I got my deposit there, which is around 1000. And one side of the building is facing north where there is a parking lot with lights on 24 hours.

Difficult to find on some GPS since it's very new. The 3 streets where created just for the new complex. Really nice and modern. Great option if you work in the city but want to be away from it when at home.
We moved here on work relocation, and needed to make the move ASAP with very little info. The staff, from the door men (and women) to leasing office to maintenance staff have been wonderful. So close to the PATH station, easy access to Jersey City and World Trade Center, plus an emerging list of restaurants & coffee shops.Would highly recommend connecting with Rosa & the leasing office. Sad to leave!
Very good location, nice decor.. If you compare price vs cost per sq/feet it is not worthy. Be aware of parking issues. They charge you 195,00 to park in a building 4 min walking (or 2 blocks away) and if you want to park your car in the street you'll find park meters (cost 1 per hour and very limited space). Also if you need to break your lease it will cost A LOT (they make you be responsible for all the months you left penalties fee). So it is really almost impossible to break your lease. if your life change you'll pay a lot. So think about that before you move in.
I don’t know where my review that I left while I was still a tenant went to. It had many likes from Google community. Please NEVER rent here. Cardboard walls, little to no security, countless fees and attempts to suck more money from you. Management is the greatest scam I’ve ever dealt with in my life. You will loose money, a big chunk of it. Something needs to be fixed? Be prepared to wait more than a week. Do you want to know your neighbors’ routine? What movies they are watching? When they take shower? Go ahead and rent. Constantly broken elevators, rude office, missing packages. Nightmare place.
