Great experience purchasing yet another car from the Harrison Imports/Harrison Mitsubishi group. Chandler Harrison once again was very knowledgeable and helpful in negotiating an excellent deal on a great car for me. I wish all car dealers made purchasing a vehicle so enjoyable. Never felt pressured by anyone, just very helpful staff genuinely wanting me to be confident and happy with my choice! Their options on extended warranty coverage are great too! I had another great experience at Harrison Mitsubishi in South Towne again today from Jordan Rivas and Tyler Seawright who were unbelievably helpful and competent in accomplishing what needed to be done on my pretty new car. Came in looking for a newer vehicle and was greeted by Mr. Collins, an excellent sales professional who treated me and my time with respect. We were unable to find the vehicle that I was looking for (not his nor Harrison’s fault) nonetheless I had a great experience and am looking forward to working with Mr. Collins again. We recently bought an Outlander PHEV and had the service department at Harrison Mitsubishi add a tow hitch and roof rack. They were great to work with! Highly recommend them. Update: 9 months after buying our Outlander, someone backed into us at the Costco parking lot, damaging the rear bumper, taillight assembly, and blind spot sensor. Harrison repaired it like new! They quickly evaluated the extent of the damage and worked with the insurance company to get approval to proceed with the repairs. The car was ready for pickup two days sooner than planned. Tyler and his service crew do outstanding work!

Used car buyers beware. I just bought a car from Harrison Imports and they sold me a car that needs a whole new engine. I am appalled that a vehicle like that was one that would even be considered to sell! I understand that I bought it asis but SHAME ON YOU! After going in and talking to the salesman I was told there was nothing they could do. I will never use Harrison imports again and I will let all my friends and family know about the type of quality vehicle I was sold.
