Jharper a minute ago I was a patient and had the worst experience my personal belongings where destroyed. To be exact my sneakers where bent until they both have cracked creases. Also my door fob mysteriously disappeared of my keys which cost 50.00 dollars. Also my money I left in the safe was short of 5.00. I feel a lot of the staff are very mean hearted to do this to someone who’s ill. I over heard them laughing about taking my door fob because of the reason I came was a safety issue. I’m annoyed and upset because my personal belongings and trust was violated.

Spent a week in partial hospital. Staff were extremely caring and professional. My experience here helped me with giving me the tools I need to manage my depression and anxiety. I feel that you have to put in the work and use the tools they provide you in order to feel better. I was treated with dignity and respect and I highly recommend this hospital.

The staff are SOOOOOO nice! My daughter was with pediatric inpatient mental health services. Initially, I was very worried for my daughter to be alone, away from me in someone else's care. But she was absolutely safe and happy and well cared for. She received so much help and Ms. Jennifer, the head social worker, was amazing! Even called to secure that my daughter would have a therapist ready to meet her when she was discharged since the one she had prior left the agency and the office was taking a long time to replace her. I'm very grateful for the care and help they extended to my daughter.

Stay away. You absolutely do not want to mess with these people.

some of the staff was helpful and nice but other staff need a little more professional training when it comes to dealing with patients. especially ones in restraint. I have seen 2 staff members provoking a angry patient instead of calming him down.
