Thanks for kindness and care shown to me at this facility. From my arrival to my discharge I have experienced a very personal experience at this facility. I have met some exceptional people at all stages of my care. I had excellent therapist as well as aides and nurses. The nursing staff were all very caring. Everyone has been very cordial and caring while working to get me home. Thanks again for your excellent care and concern.

I just started working here almost a week ago and let me tell you if I ever need to be in a place like this there is no place better to be than here. The staffing treats the residents, fellow co workers, as well as other first responders like their own family. Starting a new job is tough for anyone but the transition has been helped dramatically knowing that I have lending and helping hands all around. I look forward in growing with my new work family.

My grandmother was here for rehab after a hip surgery & was suppose to undergo therapy & never received any therapy at all! Very disappointing considering she was walking & doing everything before & is working to getting back to the old her. The attitudes of the aids are absolutely ridiculous! They never answer the phone , my grandmother laid in bed several hours without getting changed when she was bed fast! Worst place! I wouldn’t recommend to ANYONE. \u200d️

Would not recommend this facility to anyone. They can't handle the simplest requests nor can they answer your questions directly about a patient. Then they wonder why you're angry with their cavalier attitude. It's so mentally draining having to deal with this facility. The best person at Harrisonburg is Tammy, the CNA, who deserves a five-star rating.
