They want there workers to come into work while under qurantine and also with covid, also 2 days after surgery. Then they want to change the schedule to whatever is convenient for them, and without notice, then say they are unreliable and not give them hours if they are unavailable for little notice of change. People have life's that way there should be set schedules.

Was a car at the window. Then me trying to place my order. I waited at least 20 minutes why the “worked on the persons at the windows” order. Everyone behind me kept pulling out and leaving. I actually love their coffee. But every time I come here I dread their wait. I don’t know how Starbucks can get 30 orders done in Less than 4 minutes but they can’t even get one order done in 20 minutes. Seems like they need new management or staff. I will not be returning after today.

Sorry excuse for coffee shop, can't get anyone To do their job right. Coffee always cold. Horrible people. Had to wait at drive thru With window down in 9 degree weather so I could order for extended amount of time.
