Dr. Dimmitt absolutely went above and beyond for us! We are trying to figure out moving our two kitties with us to Barbados, and he has spent at least a few hours working on the paperwork and contacting people to get it pushed through in time even despite his full schedule today. He even offered to refund our exam fees if we would have had to go to another vet in Jefferson City! The office staff at Southland is so kind and helpful! I would recommend this office to anyone for their fur babies!

This was my first vet that I brought my dog to. She was welcomed by the staff and the Dr. was very professional and responsible. My dog got sick and they did what they needed to do make her feel better. Their medicine was flavored so I didn't worry about having troubles giving my dog medicine. My dog loves going there and this would be a great place to go for someone on a budget!
My pup had to get sum shots and stay overnight, I wouldnt trust anyone with my baby other than Kim and his staff!!! 5 stars!!!!
I don't remember going to a more caring, compassionate and price conscious veterinarian ever, and I'm 61. I have been blessed with several dogs and cats over my life. I'm so glad we found Southland.
