We went along to look for a new car and Andrew came out to assist. He asked us questions about our lifestyle and then showed us three possible contenders explaining the merits of each one. Although we didn't buy a car on our first visit needing time to think carefully about which one would best suit our needs we did return the following day. At no time did we feel pressured and the staff were all friendly and knowledgeable making the whole process relaxed and straightforward.
