Based in Harrogate, North Yorkshire, and founded in 2018, Anthropods is the brainchild of Chartered Industrial Designer, Rik Currie. Rik recognised the need for a micro-dwelling which was multi-purpose and truly versatile and so Anthropods was born: a new, sophisticated, futuristic, yet practical solution to stylish out-of-door accommodation. Refreshingly different to anything you’ll have seen before in micro- dwelling spaces, Anthropods'​ sophisticated design offers a new type of flexible living space that can be sited easily on uneven ground with little groundwork preparation. This is due to the unique leg configuration* (registered design) which enables your Anthropod to be set at different heights to suit all terrains. Combining all-year comfort and modern design, without the need for planning permission, Anthropods is proud to say there’s no such thing as a standard model as the Pods are modified to suit an individual’s requirements.
