Opened in October 2012, Baltzersen's fills a gap in the market amongst existing coffee shops for a place that manages to combine great coffee, fresh food, refreshing design and friendly service. The Scandinavian influence comes from owner Paul's grandma who was Norwegian and it runs through the spine of a menu offering sandwiches, waffles and fantastic pastries and cakes - all made on-site from scratch. Our Scandinavian-inspired food is prepared using Yorkshire sourced ingredients and served in relaxed and calm surroundings.
