I have made countless calls to your store trying to resolve an ongoing issue regarding an order you sent that was completely wrong. It appears the only way I can get a response is by travelling from Leeds to Harrogate to visit you in person given you have no customer service helpline and Harrogate refuse to answer the phone or return any calls. I can hand on my heart say I have never received such poor customer service. I'm due to give birth in a couple of weeks time and this has caused me no end amount of stress and I'm still no further on. If it would let me give a 0 star rating, I would.
