A dear friend of mine has had a box of Goodies from here delivered to me for my birthday. Everything is perfect! Delightful Fondant fancies, and delicious light Macaroons! Great chocolate cake and tiny chocolate thins for the children! Stunning packaging, fantastic quality baked goods, and wonderful delivery service as it was just in time for lunch! I will absolutely order from here myself now I'm aware it exists. Thank you

A birthday treat and a treat it was, indeed. We have been before and were very impressed. Since we are visiting Yorkshire, booked an afternoon tea and even if they were very different items, they served some delicious finger sandwiches and cakes/pastries. And of course, the quintessential British scones with strawberry jam and clotted cream. To go with, a fine selection of teas and a choice of another to change halfway through. They also offer extra sandwiches if you are craving for more. The service was excellent and the staff are wonderful. The upstairs tearoom was full and is only available if you book it in advance. There is downstairs tearoom which is more informal and one can wait in the queue to access. And of course the bakery which has a fabulous collection of cakes, macaroons, biscuits, chocolates and other delicious treats plus coffees, teas, hot chocolate. Well worth a visit if you are in lovely Harrogate.
We had a delivery of some Fat Sams, Fondant Fancies & a Yorkshire Tea cake. Oh my they are soooooo delicious. Will definitely order again. Thoroughly recommend
I really appreciated the Mother's Day email inquiry. It was very thoughtful and I wish more companies would reach out in this way. Along with producing my favourite tea, this company deserves all 5 stars!
This is a good place to take someone for a treat. Very busy, need to book ahead for afternoon tea. Very filling. Service good. Wasn't rushed. Booked for a birthday and they came out with a birthday cake at the end.
We went to Bettys for a birthday treat. I made a reservation a week before to sit upstairs so we didn’t have to queue outside. The food and drink was amazing - we had the afternoon tea. It was really filling and tasty so we took some of the little cakes away with us for later. We also had a quick look around the shop. All the staff were exceptionally friendly and polite. My partner left his bag in the cafe upstairs and they kept it safe for us (we ran back and got it!)
Very nice and cozy place. They were careful with the visors during pandemic. Food tasty and delicious, presented decorated in sterling cutlery. Makes you feel good.
Attended for an afternoon tea. As usual service was impeccable tea sandwiches were great. Cakes were amazing especially the little chocolate mouse one. Its not cheap but I would highky recommend for special occasions.
