My dogs have been coming here regularly since they were pups & they’re 9 years old. I know they are well cared for & looked after & always look smart after grooming when I collect them. I wouldn’t take them anywhere else.

I love the Bilton Pet Hotel. My two pugs go into the kennels and don't look back. They come home so happy. I had them bathed there on their last visit got them back today smelling wonderful. Thank you to everyone their for letting me go to work happy knowing my babies are well looked after. Xx

Alfie loves it. Great staff so caring .
Fantastic care, medication given to my pet as requested my little dog leaves me to go with the carers his tail wagging and if he was in for a miserable time that wouldn't happen. He's happy I'm happy.
