Wouldn't even give it 1 star to tell you the truth. Was miss sold a phone by a Lad called Josh Parker, was told by him if joined as a new customer could do me a better deal & would cancel my old phone contract. This didn't happen & two phone contracts were coming out of my account. Phoned car phone warehouse help line they said I needed to go back to the store I bought it from. So I did, spoke to the manager called Luke & I can honestly say I have never been spoken to the way he spoke to me in a shop or anywhere & this is supposed to be the store manager? Basically hinted at the fact I was thick not noticing two phone direct debits coming out of my account when they both say EE? Also said the lad had left that had sold me the phone so nothing he could do, why is that my fault he's left? & how is that even relevant. Said could possibly give me a couple of months back in compensation but that's it not the full amount as comes out of his store budget! Then looked down at his watch & said to his college "Right that's me done I need to go pick my kids up" & then left. So I was just left stood there, I left the store in tears. Will never ever be using car phone warehouse again & I have warned many people off from using them. Disgraceful, customer service absolutely appalling!

Called into CarCarphone Curries PC World Harrogate store to get my phone sorted as I had a problem with my Gmail account. Naf the store manager checked my phone out and got it working for me again. Great service from Naf who sold me the phone in the first place. John

We will never be going back in here for anything. My wife bought a phone charger here, which broke within a matter of weeks. She had been told they would replace it if were to break if she kept the receipt. She took the broken charger back in to exchange it but was asked if she had the box with her. APPARENTLY IF YOU DON'T HAVE THE BOX IT CAME IN THEY WON'T REPLACE OR REFUND. (This was NEVER mentioned at the time of purchase, only keeping the receipt)
