Had the most shocking experience since reserving and exchanging on our first family home on this development some 14 months ago, and we still haven’t as yet had a brick laid even though they have taken a large deposit off us. The lack of updates and poor customer service from Charles Church is unbelievable, if your prepared to have to constantly chase what is happening with your house and happy with not receiving regular updates as well as being delayed month after month I’d say this is the development for you. We have been delayed several times and Charles Church just pass the book on to sub contractors that they have had on site doing the work. I’d seriously think long and hard before reserving on this development.
