Nothing will beat the experience of buying a bike from a store, particularly for someone who is new to road bikes. Will, the sales assistant, was incredibly helpful and very patient with all the questions I had. Some may consider the prices from an online store to be cheaper but having a someone talk you through various technicalities of a bike, getting what you need, adjusting stem position/saddle height and position after watching you cycle up and down the store front, is worth the full value. Despite the Covid-19 situation, this store has adhered strictly to the various demands of maintaining social distancing and hygiene, putting anyone's mind at rest. If you are interested in a bike, particularly if you are new to road bikes, speak to Will.
