This was our second time visiting exactly a year apart, things have changed in that year, but the customer service and experience certainly haven't. They remain first class and already looking forward to going back in 2021. Played Cell Block C this time around and escaped - yay! Really friendly and supportive staff, Freya was excellent, made the whole experience even more enjoyable.

Brilliant experience, the guy who hosted us was so friendly and made the experience a thrilling adrenaline rush, trying to solve all of the clues to escape within one hour, will definitely return!
Found it really good and enjoyable. Would recommend for families and friends any day of the year. Good value for money even if you fail. Suitable ages 12. Thank you Steve for your great customer support and giving us clues throughout the hour we failed.
Went here for xmas work party, we all had amazing time and the experience of the rooms was excellent. The service was excellent 10/10 , would recommend this to everyone.
