Our contract was renewed without my (known) approval. I phoned and was told it was an automatic renewal through someone like Love Energy but when I contacted them they had no record of it. Since then I've written to CNG twice but, to date, have received no reply. We have been happy with CNG for a number of years but am certainly not impressed by a company that can't be bothered to reply to a legitimate query. Very very disappointed

Been with CNG for a few years, sadly Covid put an end to our business. Cannot speak highly enough of this energy supplier. Our bills were always low and they couldn't have been more helpful in closing our account. Strongly recommend this company, if only you supplied domestic households, we would change over to you in a heartbeat.

Explained to this company I was going through an extremely tough patch mentally and financially but instead of setting me up with a payment plan I was forced to pay am extra 900 to not be cut off that day I explained this would mean potentially losing my business but they did not care .
