We are so pleased with our new carpets. Darren shared his knowledge with us helping us to choose a design from the huge selection of beautiful carpets in store. Allowing us to take samples home was a great help. Once we had decided, measuring up, ordering and fitting all followed speedily. Excellent customer service and I would definitely recommend Darren & his team.

Excellent service and quality. We had a herringbone wood floor fitted. It looks lovely and the finish is very good. Despite covid we were able to pick from samples and the floor was fitted very quickly. The company were in regular communication with us and advised on what we needed. Really pleased with the floor and I would definitely recommend.

Great advice in store from Darren who had a lot of patience and helped us to choose a hard wearing attractive carpet for our 3 flights of stairs and then a complementary more luxurious one for the bedroom. Fitting was carried out very professionally at the appointed time/date by Gary and James who did a super job. All in all we are very pleased and recommend the company.

Darren gave us plenty of help and advice without any pressure, he visited to measure up and again spent time to explain and discuss our choices. the fitters were very polite, friendly and professional. We cannot fault both the service provided and the quality of the carpets. we are more than delighted.
