Despite Covid restrictions, the staff were friendly, attentive and helped us in every way possible. It was easy to find the shop and park. Almost next door is a good pub with food and real ale. We needed to re-equip for some walking in Scotland and got everything in the sale. Worth the trip from Driffield.

Me and my wife went into Cotswold to look at hiking boots. Normally we don't shop here as we've always felt it was expensive. The guy we saw, sorry I forgot his name, measured both our feet and make his recommendations in a really professional and caring way. We tried the boots and decided we would buy. Yesterday we went up Pen Y Ghent and my best analogy of my boots would be it felt like I had slippers on at home. So happy with he boots and so happy we paid for the obvious extra level of service you get from Cotswolds. Will definately be using them more often now.
