Absolutely dreadful. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. The weights area in the gym is just about big enough to fit 5 people in at once so if you go at peak time don't expect to be able to lift any weights. And all this for the over 100 a month. Plus if you cancel your membership you'll get automated telephone calls on a DAILY basis asking to to rejoin.

Reviewing the Harrogate David Lloyds. Terrible. Hugely overpriced for what you get. Me and my partner paid 180 per month for a tiny little gym and tennis access. Most of the time the tennis courts are booked up. The Cafe is just cheap microwaved food. Coffee isn't great either. Whole thing just feels like a trap to get you to spend even more money. I would never recommend this club. Do not sign up. You will most certainly regret it like we did. The only thing we liked was our friendly (self employed) tennis coach. Complete and utter rip off. Don't bother.

Got in touch to find out an idea of a monthly price. Don’t have 3 hours to go and recce the entire place. I know what it all looks like! Just wanted an idea of cost. Someone called me to ‘find out’ about me. I totally lost interest when the person patronisingly said “why do you think you haven’t achieved your exercise goals?” Who says I haven’t?! I’ll be leaving it thanks - particularly after reading some of these dreadful reviews. There is something incredibly smug about the whole initial exploration process. I’m sure I’ll find somewhere more ‘me’.....

Fantastic massage at the spa- best I’ve ever had - really firm and unknotted my back. Therapist was lovely - informative and knowledgeable
