They have registered the fact that I returned the two tags last month. They have not returned the deposit money. Instead, they are invoicing me for a fresh 12 month contract. I have emailed them but yet to hear anything back. The reason I returned them, is that they simply did not work very well, I had to keep removing them from the windscreen and waving them outside the window to try and get them to work. I would not recommend the product, and the lack of customer service is disgusting. In the small print is the fact that they charge you a fee each year even if you do not use the tags.

In the small print you sign up for an annual service charge (paid 12 months in advance) regardless of whether you use the tag or not. When you realise several years later that you are still being charged there will be no apology or refund, even if you cancel your tag the day after receiving the invoice for the following year. Pretty awful.

Ordered tags for France and Spain and after receiving them I was taken very poorly and not able to travel or drive in the foreseeable future. I bagged up the tags which were unused and still in their original packaging and sent them back as instructed. I am now being harassed by text email and phone for the payments they say are due. I have explained the situation to them but they are totally unsympathetic and adamant I should pay. I have not received any service from this company and have no intention of ever using them again or paying them any money. They have threatened me with referral to their debt recovery department so good luck to them with that. I would not recommend this company to anyone as their customer service is dire.
