Great staff and they will try to help you with anything they can even if its just general advice. PLEASE ignore reviews about not having any New cars or much stock as they have been closing down for over 2 months and people seem to have nothing to better to do than low rank on the internet for personal pleasure. As for the review from Mr McDonald, I was in the dealership that day with my car and I find it appalling that he was able to miss out that his wife blocked the carpark off with the courtesy car that was supplied and then proceeded to hide the keys in there old Volvo and refuse to give them back, this was after screaming and shouting at the staff and embarrassing there own son inside before being asked to leave for that reason. Eventually Mrs McDonald handed over the hidden keys by childishly throwing them into a bush after been told the police were being called !!!. People like this will always have there own fictional version of events and enjoy 'reviewing' places they go, I just felt sorry for the son and his partner. EMBARRASSING.

The level of service at Evans Halshaw has been brilliant. Ayisha Andrews you are an absolute star. You made the whole car buying process very enjoyable and Id go so far as to say an absolute breeze. No hard pressure sales tactics, just good old fashioned customer service at its best, thinking of what would be best for me and putting my needs first. Thank you for sorting everything out.
What can I say except exceptional service, I purchased this car from another Evans Halshaw dealership close to home then cancelled as their service was so poor I didn't feel happy going ahead with the purchase. The car was then transferred to Harrogate, 190 miles away from me, to far I thought, but I really wanted it, so a phone call to Richard immediately put me at ease, I then drove up for another look and was dealt with by Matt Clarke, an example of how a salesman should be, professional in every way. Nothing was too much hassle and they even picked me up from the train station on the day of purchase. If Richard and Matt are the set standard to which they want to get the garage to, I have no doubt the future will be good for them.
Excellent service from Taylor, from minute one of walking into the garage he was nothing but helpful in providing all the details about the different cars and the prices of the cars. Once the deal was done he was excellent at keeping me up to date on how things were progressing and made the process as smooth as possible.
