Friendly service but their liquid is too harsh for me. I've tried different builds and ensured the cotton isn't burning. Its 80 / 20 so shouldn't be too bad but I can't take the harshness. It's pretty expensive for a single bottle compared with the market. Apple flavour was ok. They do additional deals for multiple bottles and loyalty cards so you can save there. Unfortunate I can't continue purchasing here but for some it may be fine. Edit: the feedback from the shop below deserves another star on its own merit. I fully respect small business striving to do better and this is a perfect example. Appreciate the feedback and will be in touch...
