I am an international customer based in the US. I have been looking for draperies panels from the usual sources like Restoration Hardware, Pottery Barn, and Ballard designs but I felt most of the fabric choices in the US were very limited, mostly velvet or linens, and I really wanted to have a print. The local drapery companies were all closed and not servicing customers due to Covid so, I found Graham Sanderson after searching for companies that had large online resources for choosing fabrics. I was thrilled to see that they shipped international for what I felt was a reasonable shipping charge around 50 US, but it ended up being even more reasonable because I didn’t have to pay the VAT. Graham Sanderson had an extensive library of fabrics online and it was easy to sort through based on color and subject matter. I was looking for a blush colored fabric print. Apparently Americans don’t care for any type of prints. In addition, most of the US companies charge exorbitant markup on UK fabrics. I found my fabric and I filled out the online order form after measuring carefully. The website walks you through all the information that you need. You do have to do you some conversions for measurements since they don’t deal in yards and inches like we do in America. It took about six weeks to receive my black-out lined, pinch pleated drapery panels and everything was perfect, exactly as expected. They even included the hooks that I needed and instructions on how to place them into the fabric for hanging. I’m so thrilled with how they turned out. And even including the 50 shipping charge to the US the entire order was substantially less than ordering from any of the online retailers. I actually saved money! I highly recommend ordering from Graham Sanderson no matter where you are and I feel quite confident in recommending them to US base customers.

I have had a few orders from Graham Sanderson online - and all have been wonderful, I order fabrics and they always come well packed and super fast - I have just received a craft bag of various fabrics and its wonderful, to the point of ordering another - so many beautiful fabrics in them - thanks again for an amazing service - photo of the beautiful off the roll fabrics I bought for cushions (sorry about the dog!) x
