What a top guy Ian is. Same day service, during the time slot he told me. Not only the lock, but there was a minor problem with the door frame work itself and he patiently took his kit to it and sorted it out. Very reasonable price as well. Would thouroughly recommend to anyone else. Really pleased with his help and advice.

Second time I've used Ian (first time about 2 yrs ago). This time to replace elderly snap-type lock that had jammed on UPVC front door with proper up-to-date kitemarked snap lock. Ian came out very quickly (next day), arrived on time, did a very professional job, took the trouble to explain the new lock's mechanism, ensured I could operate it, tidied up after himself, and wore a mask throughout. Very reasonable cost. Top marks, I'd use again, highly recommended.
