I have been visiting Horizon since it opened its doors over a year ago every two weeks for my nail appointments. I look forward to going the girls are always on time and do a fantastic job. More recently I have started a course of laser, very professional and so far amazing results. If you are thinking about laser I would make the commitment and book a course with Horizon.

I have used Horizon many times and always had a good experience. I have used the sunbed and had my nails done like a if times. Today I have had a hot stone back massage by Georgia best massage that I have had. Also had an Elemis facial this was really good. I feel so relaxed. Kirsty and Simon the owners are really nice and very accommodating always greeted with a warm welcome and a friendly smile. You should try this salon, packages are really reasonable. Lovely atmosphere.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! I paid 35 to have tips and acrylics. Fair price. But I wasn’t happy when 1 nail snapped after a few days. The acrylic used was very thin and I wasn’t happy. I contacted the salon and they said I could get it repaired for free. The salon manager/owner apologised and said when I go back for an Infill they would do it with a discount. That was great until 2 more snap a few days later in under 1 1/2 weeks. I contacted the salon again and said I wasn’t happy could I book to get them redone please. The owner/manager said yes it will be full price at 25. I replied saying I had already paid 35 and didn’t want to pay another 25 for more to come off it wasn’t fair. Could they take them off for free. Which they replied ‘Hi Simon, the earliest we have available is Tuesday at 4.45 pm....we will remove them for free.....’ ‘ Apologies missed the e off your name‘ ‘ shall I book you in then?’ Then a thumbs up as I was busy and didn’t reply straight away! Georgia the lady that did my nails was understanding and very polite. I found the man/manager/owner was extremely rude and ignorant. I felt uncomfortable when I went back to get my nails removed. I highly would not recommended using them for nails.

I have used horizon since they have opened. Prices are amazing, Staff are great. I would recommend everyone to go. I have massages,facials, nails and tanning.

My nails where ruined after going to unprofessional nail salons who use harsh products. After having gels done at horizon, they look healthier and feel and look in soo much better condition!! Would highly recommend
