Poor communication and didn't reply to my emails - I wanted it serviced soon after I bought a package, took way too long. Then it turns out they are charging me a lot of money for cancelling! Despite emergency call out I had to turn to my bank, who then charged me as I hadn't had it serviced recently. When they did come they did a good job and fixed one or two minor issues, but I wasn't going to renew with them...
