Brilliant little cafe/bar close to the centre of Harrogate. Their coffee is the best you can get in the town, whilst the food menu is interesting, inventive and everything is beautifully cooked and presented. The welcome is warm and friendly, whilst the service is prompt, efficient and courteous. This is definitely the best breakfast in Harrogate. The only downside is that they are so popular it can sometimes be difficult to get a table. However they now do take away food and drinks as well, and as both The Stray and Valley Gardens are within a couple of minutes walk, you can be sure to find somewhere nice to eat them.

Had a lovely lunch here! Managed to sneak in just before they took their last orders and I'm really glad we did. Yummy eggs, amazing hollandaise and it all looks beautiful too. Able to do gluten free and dairy free no problems whatsoever. Service was absolutely lovely and we felt really welcomed here. Thank you!!!

A really cute brunch place and as the description accurately says, very London inspired. The staff were friendly and smiling and the food was delicious. Coffee was also lovely. It was a little expensive but there were many options to keep someone happy (including lots of options for people with dietary restrictions). Under Covid times, it is recommended that you book ahead as they have done a great job with keeping safe and distancing, but this does mean that dropping in means waiting for a table and hurrying to eat.

Lovely brunch with my wife, excellent service and best avo, bacon and poached eggs I've had in a long time! Double espresso was slightly acid forward due to being slightly over extracted but that's a personal thing, the cappuccino on the other hand was the best I've had to date! Will certainly come again. Thanks Hoxton.
