This KFC has to be the worst in existence. I try my best to resist the temptation of ordering from here on Deliveroo, but I usually fail miserably, a lot like the people that work here! The food is always cold, the chicken is always stale, tonight I received a medium fries and there was literally like 10 cold chips. KFC is my favourite and this restaurant ruins it for me.

Ordered a couple of meals via Deliveroo. Looked like meal had been tossed around and squashed prior to delivery. Only to find a budgie breast cunningly disquised and marketed as a chicken breast! But not to outdoo the disapointment of this, the chips that came looked and tasted like they had been warmed up 3 days ago and sent out to us. Sent numerous e mails to their \No\ customer support only for them to take no responsiility for the quality of food and told me to take it up with deliveroo as thats who we paid! So, no help at all and a refusal to take any responsibilty. We wont be eating from KFC again
Ordered thru just eat. Over an hour and half wait time for a delivery less than 3 miles away. Food barely warm. Chips wet and soggy. Popcorn chewy. All indicates left on warming shute too long and then left in delivery boxes too long. Ate what we could and threw rest of a 22 order away.Tried to phone KFC, number rings out to a fax machine. Emailed KFC Care Team. Reply gave me an apology with a different number for the restaurant...that was wrong. Also said refund unable as third party had taken the money.. ie.Just Eat. Strike them off our takeaway list.
Always a queue but worth the wait
I asked for fillet burger with no mayonnaise as it contains mustard which I'm fatality allergic to, unfortunately the burger contained about ten times the amount of mayonnaise than usual. Don't fancy dieing so probably won't go back. Also 2 other people were making complaints while I was in the store.
